Tonactivator is an activator calibrated to work in synergy with Tonalight demi-permanent cream color.
Two cream activators:
– 7 Vol = 2,1%
ideal for toning highlights, balayage and any other previously lightened hair.
– 13 Vol = 3,9%
ideal when blending white hair or to brighten fashion shades and emphasize the tone and brilliance of the color.
